A fast track leadership development experience for young staff with potential and the desire to grow and develop, this programme is unique in that it has been designed for the city to benefit the individuals and their sponsoring organisations. The programme takes 10-14 of the city’s brightest stars from the corporate, public and third sectors, and brings them together for a world-class leadership programme.
Designed and delivered by Bath Bridge, the Future Talent Programme is one of its flagship projects and has run successfully for five years, helping to nurture the emerging talent amongst Bath-based organisations and support the development of new and existing leaders and managers.
Bath Bridge
We are an independent city-wide advisory group concerned with positioning Bath as a place with a dynamic future. Established in 2012, from work on a refreshed identity for the city by a large group of Bath citizens, it has now grown into a Community Interest Company with a Board of Directors from a wide and diverse range of backgrounds.
Our purpose is to help bring together people from all sectors of Bath to find inventive solutions to challenges in our beautiful city by supporting and initiating relevant physical, economic and social projects. Our membership and wide network of local, national and international contacts bring world class expertise and advocacy to its activities.
We believe Bath is the perfect place to join an unusually high concentration of enterprising minds, unlock investment capital and share social ambition. It offers a new model of a compact, connected, collaborative city, where curiosity, playfulness, making and the fostering of talent, knowledge and skill across all ages, backgrounds and sectors will encourage individuals and enterprises to flourish for the long term. Bath will be internationally renowned as a beautifully inventive and entrepreneurial 21st century city with a strong social purpose and a spirit of well-being, where everyone is invited to think big – a city ready to create an extraordinary legacy for future generations.
